As previously mentioned, our employees enjoy working outside and being physically active. We have a shop at Van Isle Marina in Sidney where we start our day, store our gear, eat our lunch and meet. We also have a work truck to go between marinas in the Sidney area. All crew are given work clothing. There are always lots of snacks!
