The Sidney Street Market is a spectacular festival on the charming main street of Beacon Avenue offering everything from locally grown produce, home-baked goods, artisan jewelry, crafts, gifts, mouth-watering food and live music.
You’re invited to kick off the summer season with the market’s grand opening ceremonies on June 15th, which will feature a Welcome Blessing from Tsawout First Nation Elder Mavis Underwood, as well as appearances by Town of Sidney Mayor Cliff McNeil-Smith, Council members and the Sidney Town Crier. To add to the excitement, the market will be running contests throughout the summer, giving visitors a chance to win $100 Market Dollars or a $100 Sidney by the Sea Gift Card from Explore Sidney, redeemable at 40 + local businesses.
