All Sidney businesses are welcome to join the complimentary Sidney Business Community newsletter chain. The newsletters are sent on an as-needed basis for COVID-19 updates, changes in the community, business development opportunities, community events, and so on.

  • COVID Business Recovery Survey

All participants who complete the survey will be entered to win a $250 gift card to the Sidney business of your choice!

The Sidney BIA and the Town of Sidney are wanting to know how COVID is affecting you now versus the early days— and what support your business needs to make a successful recovery.

Your participation in this survey will significantly impact the direction of business recovery initiatives in the community and help provide support during and beyond the pandemic. Your responses will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared.

  • Holiday Season Events for Businesses

    LIGHT UP DOWNTOWN SIDNEY

The Sidney BIA has organized for a professional contractor to install Christmas lights on your business to ensure that Sidney is as bright and beautiful as possible this holiday season. There is no cost to participate, but businesses must sign-up to be included. Installation and takedown are fully included in the program.

    SIDNEY LIGHTED WINDOW TOUR

Every Sidney business is invited and encouraged to participate in Sidney’s lighted window contest, which will focus on creative lighting and sparkle! Brightly-lit windows add so much to the already exception ambience of our Town. All you need is a window and your holiday creativity!

DOWNTOWN SIDNEY ELF ON THE SHELF SCAVENGER HUNT

The Elf on the Shelf® is a magical Christmas tradition recognized in households around the world. This year some of these magical scout elves will be sent from the North Pole by Santa and will land in Sidney by the Sea to be adopted by more than two dozen downtown Sidney businesses. Families are invited to explore downtown and find where these little scout elves have landed for a fun-filled, holiday scavenger hunt.
